I’m a first time Volvo owner, new to the area. I was seriously considering getting rid of my Volvo, even though I love her, because based on my experiences with the dealerships so far, I thought that it was going to be way too expensive to maintain her. Every trip to the dealership was a litany of suggested services, with the price tags to match…. A couple conversations with Wes and one visit to the shop has completely changed my outlook. He gave me honest, to the point advice, and I never felt like he was talking down to me, or just trying to take me to the bank. I’m happy to say I have found my mechanic!

Highly recommend Wes and his Volvo mechanic shop in Winston Salem! Did a great job diagnosing and solving my problem. Clear and transparent communications around the problem, timing, and the cost to repair. He replaced an axel and did the brakes for me. Great to have a trusted independent Volvo specialist in the area!

Just had brake service on our XC90. Great service at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend Master Techs for all your Volvo needs.

We were travelling from out of town and had an emergency repair of our vehicle. Wes and his team took us in on extremely short notice and did an exceptional repair. This is an outstanding business that truly went above and beyond on this day. The work was top-notch for a very fair price, especially since it was an unscheduled emergency repair. Do not hesitate To take your vehicle to Wes and his shop. I can’t recommend them more highly.
